Cancellation/No Show Charges:

In case of cancellation/No Show, the following charges will be applicable:

• Within 24 hours of flight departure: 100% of freight value
• For consignments over 2500 kg cancelled (or no-show) within 48 hours of flight departure (ETD-first leg): Minimum penalty of 0.20 USD per kg

Additional Terms:

• The quoted rate will be valid for 1 week.
• Provided rates are subject to capacity availability.
